Theosophical Order of Service (T.O.S.), Mumbai Region is doing good work for the
underprivileged and for the education of poor children and welfare of their families, since the year 1969.
Our Trust was registered in the year 1977 with regn. no. INS/11951, under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950
-E-4385 (Bom). We are registered under section 12-A of Income Tax Act, 1961.
At present we are helping 480 poor & deserving children for their education and for welfare of their families. We are in need of new sponsors.

Save a child today!!
In a country where twenty-five percent of its population is illiterate and lives below the poverty line, we consider it our main duty to work for education of poor and deserving children.
An affluent household in India easily spends over 35000 rupees every year on parties and family functions. Now you can sponsor a child's education for a year at less than 10 percent of this amount. And also get tax rebate under Section 80G.
You can sponsor-a-child for as little as Rs.3000 every year. Overseas sponsors must send the equivalent of Rs.4000. Alternatively you can sponsor-a-child for the entire duration of his/her education for a one time deposit of Rs.35000. This deposit will then be transferred towards the education of another child. You can also avail of this scheme to perpetuate the memory of your family members or friends. Any other donation, however small, will also be readily accepted.
We are proud to say that many of our sponsored children are now well settled in life, and realizing the value of help and education they received from T.O.S., are volunteering to further its cause by donating handsomely towards it. Some even sponsor 3 to 4 children and in one exceptional case, a sponsored student who is now a top official in a large company sponsors 156 children at present.
